Who We Are
Everyday Money Tools is a free collection of personal finance calculators and plain-English money guides. No sign-ups, no paywalls, no jargon — just simple tools that help you answer real questions like “How much rent can I afford?” and “When will my debt actually be paid off?”
Every calculator on this site runs right in your browser. The numbers you type in are never saved or sent to us — your financial details stay yours.
Meet the Author: Victoria Hart
Victoria Hart is the writer behind Everyday Money Tools. She spent 8 years working for the IRS and 3 years preparing people’s taxes, giving her a real, behind-the-scenes look at how money works for everyday families.
But her most important lessons came from her own life. As a single mom of three, she rebuilt her finances through some genuinely hard seasons — learning how to stretch a tight income, budget carefully, and find her footing again. That experience shapes everything on this site: the tools are practical, the guides are judgment-free, and nothing assumes you have money to spare.
